Within an hour from the time we called, 911 Restoration had a crew onsite and began removing the water and setting up blowers for drying. Two of the clips were broken on one of our windows and it was very hard to open and close. After calling a dozen or more window companies, I found only two that work on our type windows. DO NOT use Rancho Bernardo Glass & Mirror (very rude repairman, late to arrive, said I had to pay for 12 clips because that is how they were ordered and they had no use for them, etc.!) Jesus from Scripps Mesa was on time, professional and fixed my window in a matter of minutes. Competitive prices.
